Inside, the menu offers plenty of cheese and cured meat options, but the highlight is undoubtedly the raclette. The experience lets you sample five different cheeses from the Valais region, one after another, each unique and delicious. If you’re still hungry, you can go for additional rounds of your favorite cheese from the selection. The raclettes come with perfectly cooked potatoes and traditional sides like pickles and onions. Everything was delicious, and the ambiance was just perfect. I finished with a lovely apple tart and coffee—a wonderful way to end the meal. ”
